*Best Rate PI will not perform any service without first having all aspects of a job thoroughly communicated, case assignment sheet filled out, and contract signed. Best Rate PI does not charge hours, or additional costs, without first getting verbal or written authorization to do so from client.

*Best Rate PI is determined to provide top rate customer service and guarantees its work. If you are not happy with our service, please notify us immediately, we will rework the case at no charge.

Note:

Best Rate PI LLC may not charge a retainer, but requests payment of hours and reimbursement be made in a timely manner. After our client receives all reports, video, photos, etc., Best Rate PI should be reimbursed within 21 days.
